HERBALIST PRESS ART WORKSHOPS

Loved running a series of drop-in art workshops at Holborn Circus.
Using stencils, paint, colour and a little creative flair it’s great to see workmen, office staff,
kids and passers-by giving it a try and creating these quick botanical prints.

The designs celebrate local herbalist and gardener John Gerrard and his 1597 Herbal book of beautiful woodblock illustrations.
Thanks to Fleet Street Quarter for bringing these workshops to the City of London community.
